OUR APPROACH
Our Atelier imbibed the essence of the SMU brand’s tone of voice and overcame various tactical and visual constraints in rolling out various visibility vectors across the University and its departments. To ensure consistency across delivery and reduce friction towards meeting deadlines, we streamlined and leaned the development workflow, whilst ensuring that the team focused on a brand-centred design enhanced with refined content development, copy, and digital asset curation.
BRIEF
Our Atelier was tasked to take on the full scope of creative work across different departments of the University by imbibing the brand DNA, tone of voice and personality throughout the design of various visibility vectors as well as brand campaigns.
OBJECTIVE
Along with the University’s marketing teams across different departments, our Atelier was immersed in the process of developing various visibility vectors including the websites of undergraduate as well as postgraduate programmes, branding / marketing collateral like brochures, posters, print ads, packaging, as well as videos.
CHALLENGE
Given our involvement across the university, its many departments and various stakeholders, the challenge lies in ensuring brand consistency throughout campaigns and design projects.
DELIVERING AS PROMISED
Over the years, we have successfully worked with various stakeholders from admissions to scholarships, the career centre, and all the schools across undergraduate / postgraduate programmes as well as research and professional development offices. The projects are demonstrated across different communication platforms and have received excellent stakeholder feedback and approval.
